Where We Ship
Jellbi currently ships across Australia. We do not offer international shipping just yet,
but it is coming soon.
Once your order has been packed and handed over to our courier, you will receive a shipping
confirmation email with tracking details.

- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Standard Shipping Australia Wide
For all Australian orders, delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Delays and Issues
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, once your order has been handed to the courier,
delivery times are outside our control.
If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received,
please contact us and we will help investigate with the courier.
Incorrect Address

Jellbi is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.
